So, I wonder what is the point of playing that ship? Grozovoi has better DPM, better concealment, both smoke generator and heal.
Grozovoi with the same guns has 4.2 base reload time. I believe Delny has Grozovoi guns, 100 less damage than Khaba/Tashkent guns, and she still has 5 seconds reload time. She only gets better armor, and 2km better torps, but her DPM is actually worse DPM than Tashkent. Delny, on the other hand, doesn't seem to be actual upgrade over Tashkent. I don't have any experience with French and Soviet gunboats, but I heard a lot of people say Kleber is much better than Khaba. First of all, I am not ship collector actually, I don't mind having one ship instead of two, I just want any good ship to have fun. So I switched to Soviet DD line and I am already at T6.
Then I heard Khaba is gonna be replaced by Delny, that means I can get 2 TX ships just by grinding one line. So, I was grinding French DD line to experience open water gunboating (already reached T7).
